Lacel Ria ꒰ lay - sel ◦ ree - uh ꒱ is a nonbinary, Filipino illustrator, Vtuber, small business owner, and hamster adorer based in Texas. You might know them as Jelly! Their passion is to create safety & warmth through art and streaming. They love creating cute things that make people smile and sharing their work at artist alleys. Jelly also enjoys working with cute stationery and other mixed media and would love to have their own art exhibit showcasing that someday. Other than creating, their interests include lolita fashion, traveling, and playing comfy video games.

Terms Of Service

♡ This is a digital commission and the customer will not be receiving a hard copy of the work from me.
♡ Commissioner will receive an unwatermarked and watermarked digital file (PNG).♡ All prices are in USD✿ Process ✿
♡ Once I receive payment, I will contact you to confirm that I have received your order.
I will send an initial sketch and ask for any necessary revisions.
♡ After you are satisfied with the initial sketch, the commission will be fully colored, and revisions will cost extra.
♡ Commissions may take up to 1 month days, more detailed ones and emotes may take up to 1-3 months.✿ Commercial Rights ✿
♡ I reserve the rights over the final artwork (meaning: I can post them online to my galleries as needed, with credit of characters or likenesses to the commissioner)
You have the right to use the final digital image for personal use ONLY (i.e. post to social media with credit to the artist, print it for yourself, etc.), unless commercial rights are bought.
♡ Only commissions for Emotes, Badges, PNGtubers, and specified backgrounds for Twitch streams have commercial rights available.
♡ You may not resell the image to third parties in any way shape or form (i.e. make prints or merchandise from my artwork for sale, or resell the original digital image for money. This includes minting as NFT's.)
♡ You may not use my art for AI.♡ Copying and tracing is not permitted
